  • How can I contact customer service?

  • Do you offer refunds for sale items?

    Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return if the product is unopened. 

  • What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. 

  • Can I return a gift?

    Gifts can only be returned by the original purchaser, and refunds will be issued to the payment method used at checkout. If you have received a defective gift, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement. 

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account. 

  • Are there any fees for returning a product?

    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or damage. If the product is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping cost. 

  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?

    If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact our customer service team at support@blissers.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a return address for eligible returns. 

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. 

  • What is your return policy?

    At Blissers, we aim to provide the highest quality products for your satisfaction. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, subject to our inspection.
